FOX CT announces that Matt Scott will be joining the station as a Meteorologist starting today.
Matt brings more than 20 years of broadcasting experience to the FOX CT team, spending the last 11 years working as a meteorologist in Connecticut, most recently at News 12. He has also worked in West Virginia, Mississippi, Charlotte and Boston. Originally from New York City, Matt attended the University of Maryland and Mississippi State University.
“We are excited to have Matt join our terrific weather team. Our viewers will appreciate his previous meteorology experience coupled with his knowledge of Connecticut, and of course, his positive energy,” said FOX CT News Director Coleen Marren.
