WGN News’ Lourdes Duarte and Marcus Leshock Test their Triva on Millionaire to Benefit Alzheimer’s Association – Greater IL Chapter
“Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” is teaming with news anchors and reporters from across the country for a special edition of the game called, “Play It Forward.” On Thursday, December 2 at 4pm, WGN News’ Lourdes Duarte and Marcus LeShock will appear on “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” to try to win $1 million to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association – Greater Illinois Chapter. Duarte and LeShock will appear as a two-person team and will be able to discuss the questions and possible answers with each other before deciding on one ‘final answer’ to give host Meredith Vieira.
The Alzheimer’s Association – Greater Illinois Chapter serves 68 counties in Illinois with offices in Bloomington, Carterville, Chicago, Joliet, Rockford and Springfield, and provides to more than half-a-million Illinoisans affected by Alzheimer’s disease. The chapter’s mission is to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
