WGN-TV & CLTV to Premiere New Food and Lifestyle Show “Chicago’s Best”
Chicago has a new TV show to call its very own. WGN-TV and CLTV present Chicago’s Best – a weekly half-hour food and lifestyle program celebrating the best the Windy City has to offer. The Chicago’s Best team will uncover the best food, people, places, and things to do across the region. In addition, Chicago’s Best will ask its community of viewers and online readers to make their own choices about what’s best and debate every decision at chicagosbesttv.com.
Chicago’s Best will air Sunday nights at 10pm on WGN-TV premiering April 18. Weekly encores of the program will air on CLTV Thursdays at 8pm, Fridays at 11:30am and 8pm, and Saturdays and Sundays at 6:30am, 12pm, and 7pm. To view a clip of the show, go to www.chicagosbesttv.com. Chicago’s Best is a production of Oak Brook Productions.
The Chicago’s Best team includes host Ted Brunson and contributors Sarah Spain and Brittney Payton. Brunson has a history in television ranging from TLC, Speed TV and Comcast Sports Net Chicago. Spain is a blogger for Chicagonow.com, a Second City alum, and a contributor to ESPN radio, Sports Illustrated.com, and WGN Radio. Payton, daughter of the legendary Walter Payton, runs the Walter and Connie Payton Foundation with her mother and is co-founder of “Youth for Life.” Check out the talent at a recent photo shoot at Chicago’s Best photos
