“America’s Next Top Model” Open Casting Call for Cycle 11
MIAMI / FT. LAUDERDALE, March 7, 2008 –An open casting call for the CW Network’s “America’s Next Top Model” Cycle 11 will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton Miami Beach, FL on Saturday, March 22nd from 10am – 3pm. Casting is looking for females, ages 18 to 27, of diverse backgrounds, shapes, and sizes and with a minimum height requirement of 5’7” tall. “America’s Next Top Model” Cycle 10 airs Wednesday at 8pm on CW South Florida and Cycle 11 will premiere in Fall 2008. “America’s Next Top Model” follows a group of young women of various backgrounds, shapes and sizes who live together and vie for a grand prize, which will include a $100,000 modeling contract with CoverGirl Cosmetics and appear on the cover and six page fashion spread in Seventeen magazine. The dramality exposes the transformation of everyday young women into potentially fierce top models, as they face weekly tests that determine who can make the cut. The finalists compete in a highly accelerated modeling boot camp, a crash course to modeling fame that includes mentoring by supermodel Tyra Banks and exposure to high-profile fashion industry gurus, all under 24-hour-a-day surveillance of the “America’s Next Top Model” cameras, which chronicle every move.
