WGN-TV Announces Sixth Annual WGN Morning News Drive-Thru Toy Drive
CHICAGO, December 9, 2008 –Drive on down to WGN-TV this Friday, December 12 for the sixth annual “WGN Morning News Drive-Thru Toy Drive” from 5-9am. WGN-TV is inviting viewers to “drive-by” and drop off a new unwrapped toy or a contribution at WGN-TV located on 2501 W. Bradley Place. All toys and monetary donations will be donated to the children of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago.
This four-hour event will feature carolers, a visit from Santa, holiday fun and a limited supply of $2 rechargeable Dunkin Donuts gift cards. For more information on the Toy Drive, go to wgntv.com.
